Careers We are always on the lookout for our next team member. Candidates must demonstrate a superior level of design skills, creativity, and a passion for continued learning and professional growth. Candidates must be detailed-oriented, self-motivated, efficient, and adaptable to changing deadlines and priorities. Being a part of a small design firm will require candidates to demonstrate multitasking abilities to allow them to take on different responsibilities including, but not limited to the design and construction process, customer relationships, product research, etc. Candidates should be able to work collaboratively within a project team including, but not limited to lead designers, construction managers, subcontractors, schedulers, and vendors to ensure the quality for each and every project.
